(Euronext Amsterdam: VVY; NL00150002Q7) (Vivoryon, or the Company), a clinical stage company focused on the discovery and development of small molecule medicines to modulate the activity and stability of pathologically altered proteins, held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) today at 1:00 p.m. (CEST). The shareholders approved all items on the agenda of the meeting, including the appointment of Frank Weber, MD, and Anne Doering, CFA, to the Company’s Board as executive directors.
